A few things you might be wondering

Your private WOOP and reflection text are not shown in manager views. Leaders see privacy-protected aggregates when there is enough evidence, and work that is explicitly shared. Small groups are protected.

They write what they want, how it would feel, the one thing most likely to get in the way, and what they will do the moment it appears. It happens on the work item they just picked up.

A survey asks people to report afterward. This asks before the work starts, and the answer is used by the person who wrote it, first and always.
