Privacy and pilot enquiries

Pilot enquiries currently use a direct email link to Noah Lund Syrdal on the WOOP Business team. The website does not submit a pilot enquiry form. Opening the email link does not send a message; you choose what to send in your email app.

Please do not include confidential meeting notes, employee information or private WOOP reflections.

Who receives your enquiry

Email you choose to send is delivered to our pilot inbox hosted by Uniweb through your email provider. We use the message to respond to your enquiry.

The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical request information to deliver the pages. A visit or QR-code scan does not subscribe you to marketing emails or trigger an email to you.

Private reflection and shared work

Inside the product, your private WOOP and reflection text are separate from shared work. Manager views show privacy-protected aggregates and explicitly shared work. Connected tools receive only shared content that you review.

Before a pilot

We review the applicable data handling, service providers, retention and workspace arrangements with your team before onboarding. This enquiry page does not promise that all processing stays within the EU.
